Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business or marketing operations or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large organizations.
• Strong background in performance metrics, data analysis, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning for marketing transformation and a 3-year maturity roadmap.
• Translate objectives into clear marketing priorities, investments and sequencing.
• Own day-to-day marketing operations across OI and OF with health, discipline and transparency.
• Establish planning, prioritization, reporting, risk management and escalation rhythms.
• Drive KPI definition, performance measurement and corrective actions.
• Develop and lead a team of Business Operations and Growth Leads.
• Drive integration and optimization of marketing channels and platforms.
• Define and embed operating frameworks, playbooks, SOPs, and governance models.
• Oversee marketing technology enablement and transformation.
• Lead marketing P&L planning, investments and governance.
