Job summary

Portcast is seeking a Marketing Director to own marketing end to end, partnering with Product, Sales, CS, and Solutions to launch new capabilities and refine positioning. You will build compelling messaging, enable sales, and own events strategy to drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

You will lead a lean team of two marketers, apply AI-driven approaches, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, remote-first environment across Asia and Europe.

Qualifications

• Enterprise B2B SaaS marketing experience with complex buying processes.
• Experience owning positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
• Curiosity about logistics and AI applications in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Marketing strategy and direction: translate goals into a clear marketing plan with measurable outcomes.
• Product marketing: own positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales enablement, and assets.
• Event marketing: select events, manage outreach, and ensure impact.
• Cross-functional leadership: align with Product, Sales, CS, and Solutions on priorities.
• Team leadership: coach two marketers and foster growth with high execution standards.
• Data-driven decisions: measure and optimize inbound pipeline and spend.
