About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Data & BI Analyst to build the commercial intelligence foundation supporting the growth decisions of a US-based healthcare client.
You will connect marketing and sales data, automate reliable pipelines, build attribution and unit-economic models, and translate complex performance signals into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. This is a hands-on role combining marketing analytics, business intelligence, and analytics engineering—not a passive reporting position.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated workflows that bring together marketing, sales, referral, and revenue data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, internal systems, and other sources.
- Use SQL and Python to clean, combine, validate, troubleshoot, and document data.
- Organize reliable datasets in Databricks or a comparable cloud-data platform, while improving data quality, metric definitions, and campaign-tracking standards, including UTM links.
- Analyze the customer-acquisition journey, marketing-channel performance, conversion rates, attribution, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Build models covering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and the time required to recover marketing spend to support budget and campaign decisions.
- Create clear dashboards and performance models for leadership using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Evaluate provider referrals, health plan or payer partnerships, and sales performance, including incentive and commission-plan results.
- Present findings, business implications, and data-supported recommendations to senior US stakeholders and teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, growth analytics, Revenue Operations analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced practical skills in SQL and Python, including experience building or maintaining data pipelines and automated data workflows.
- Experience with Databricks or a comparable cloud-data platform and a business intelligence tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience analyzing marketing data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or comparable platforms.
- Understanding of digital-acquisition funnels, UTM tracking, multi-touch attribution, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion analysis.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for building performance models and evaluating different business scenarios.
- Ability to work with incomplete or inconsistent data, document assumptions, and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and perform effectively within a hybrid-to-remote setup.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with reusable data models, version control, automated testing, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, behavioral health, insurance, SaaS, or another regulated or high-growth environment.
If you are excited to combine technical analytics with strategic commercial impact, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every preferred qualification.
