Job summary

Ayala Malls is seeking a Marketing Associate Manager to lead event launches, partnerships, and mall-wide campaigns in Cebu City. You will collaborate with merchants and internal teams to promote brand visibility and drive sales.

The role requires a strong background in marketing and communications, with hands-on experience in events, PR, and digital media. Weekend work may be necessary, and you will report to the Commercial Business Group.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, preferably marketing or communications.
• At least three years of marketing or business development experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision; proficient in English.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Graphic design and digital media editing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Launch and implement Ayala Malls events and promos including local and international shows, mall-wide sales, and family events per Corporate guidelines.
• Assist in achieving mall venue rent income targets and marketing recoveries, including sponsorships and other opportunities.
• Manage communications and PR to raise awareness of Ayala-initiated events and mall promos.
• Assist merchants in conceptualizing marketing programs to promote their brand and mall presence.
