Job summary

Axos Business Center in the Philippines seeks a senior marketing analytics leader to own the analytics roadmap and build scalable measurement frameworks across channels. You will mentor junior staff, reduce dependency on individual analysts, and present recommendations to US leadership.

You will partner with Director/VP level marketing to shape what gets measured, ensure data governance across GA4, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Workfront, and drive self-service reporting that scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics with senior or lead capacity.
• Advanced SQL and working with large, imperfect datasets.
• Deep proficiency in GA4 and Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud.
• Experience building measurement frameworks from scratch.
• Strong business communication translating analytics to executives.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and own scalable measurement frameworks for attribution and funnel analysis.
• Lead advanced analyses including marketing mix, cohorts, and scenario modeling.
• Partner with senior marketing stakeholders to shape what gets measured.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting infrastructure.
• Own data governance and consistency across GA4, Salesforce, and Adobe Workfront.
• Mentor Jr. and Mid-level analysts and review their outputs.
• Identify reporting processes to automate and reduce manual work.
• Present findings and recommendations to US marketing leadership.
