Job summary

Colliers in the Philippines is seeking an Analyst to conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies and reports. The role focuses on data gathering, database management, and market analysis using both primary and secondary methods.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics or real estate management, and proficiency in Excel. The analyst will assist in macroeconomic analysis, market studies, and related reports, and perform ad hoc

Qualifications

Must have a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management or related field.
1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in the market research field, consultancy work, or from real estate developer.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Excel and other MS office applications.
Knowledgeable in other relevant applications such as Power BI, GIS, AutoCAD as an advantage but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to understand and interpret data.
Must be well informed of the latest news and current events.

Responsibilities

Data gathering and research using primary and secondary methods which includes field work, mystery shopping, interviews, credible websites, and vetting information, among others.
Responsible for the management and regular update of databases.
Analyze patterns and trends in the market using quantitative and qualitative approaches
Assist in the preparation of reports such as macroeconomic analysis, market study, and other related reports.
Perform ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time
