Job summary

Colliers Manila is seeking a seasoned Manager for Capital Markets and Investment Services to lead marketing, sales, and advisory for commercial properties, hotels, and development land. You will drive revenue, build a robust client network, and guide investment decisions with due diligence and market analysis.

The role emphasizes delivering strategic property solutions, negotiating deals, and managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global firm with strong development prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, business, economics, marketing or related is required.
• Broker’s license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Revenue generation and attainment of individual and team targets.
• Drive business development for the CMIS division including investment, agency, transactions, capital markets and consultancy services.
• Secure agency or consultancy appointments and sell/lease property listings.
• Develop extensive network of owners, investors, brokers, developers, and other referrers.
• Provide site search/sourcing information, feasibility, and timing for operations.
• Negotiate transactions on behalf of clients.
• Conduct due diligence on property including local regulations and technical aspects.
• Perform market and financial feasibility studies and provide reports.
• Prepare and manage contracts and documentation.
• Represent the company in client pitches and market presentations.
• Create and execute marketing for listings including traditional and digital channels.
• Manage outsourced staff if applicable.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
