Job summary

AccelerAsia, a global go-to-market partner, seeks a Senior Market Development Manager to help European and North American technology vendors break into Southeast Asia from Manila. You’ll shape market entry strategies, open conversations, and close lighthouse deals with support from an MDE, Team Lead, and regional leadership.

You’ll work autonomously yet remain part of a high-performance team, moving fast and learning quickly to build scalable markets across ASEAN.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven success in building, maintaining, and closing opportunities.
• Experience selling across multiple ASEAN markets.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you enjoy pitching and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and Build: Work with an MDE and Team Lead to develop the pipeline and market entry strategy.
• Define the Market: Identify right verticals, messages, and partners to establish presence in Southeast Asia.
• Own Revenue Generation: Develop opportunities and support pipeline generation through events, conferences, and partner channels.
