Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Planning to lead national end-to-end planning. You will manage materials requirement planning, external supplier orders, production allocations, and inventory to ensure timely product availability.

Leveraging SAP and strong cross-functional collaboration, you will drive optimal supply chain performance, align with HQ operations, and implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, and project management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive Materials Requirement Planning (National).
• Drive Order & Delivery Planning (External Suppliers).
• Develop Preforms requirement and pull-out planning for In-House injection lines.
• Drive Allocation/Deployment Planning (In House Plants & Toll Packers).
• Drive Toll Packer Management (SAP transactions, BOM & PID).
• Drive External Warehouse Management (SAP transactions & PID).
• Develop Ageing & Wastage Report/ Management.
• Support RMPM & EWO Billing Processing.
• Engage in Production Plan Alignments with HQ Manufacturing Operations, In-House Plants & Toll Packers.
• Engage in cross-functional collaborations/meetings (S&OP, S&OE, NPL Taskforce, etc).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Manager, Supply Planning is a critical leadership role responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end supply planning processes at a national level. This position ensures the timely and efficient availability of materials and products by expertly managing materials requirement planning, external supplier orders, production allocations, and inventory. The Senior Manager will leverage strong SAP proficiency, drive cross-functional alignment, and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the entire supply chain, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
