Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Supply Planning to manage end-to-end planning at national level across materials, orders, production allocations and inventory, using SAP to align with HQ and suppliers.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements and ensure timely product availability to meet demand, supporting cost efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Materials Requirement Planning (National).
• Drive Order & Delivery Planning (External Suppliers).
• Develop Preforms requirements and pull-out planning for in-house injection lines.
• Drive Allocation/Deployment Planning (In House Plants & Toll Packers).
• Drive Toll Packer Management (SAP transactions, BOM & PID).
• Drive External Warehouse Management (SAP transactions & PID).
• Develop Ageing & Wastage Report/Management.
• Support RMPM & EWO Billing Processing.
• Engage in Production Plan Alignments with HQ Manufacturing Operations, In-House Plants & Toll Packers.
• Engage in cross-functional collaborations/meetings (S&OP, S&O, NPL Taskforce, etc)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Senior Associate, Supply Planning is a critical role responsible for the end-to-end supply planning processes at a national level. This position ensures the timely and efficient availability of materials and products by expertly managing materials requirement planning, external supplier orders, production allocations, and inventory. The Senior Associate will leverage strong SAP proficiency, drive cross-functional alignment, and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the entire supply chain, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

• Drive Materials Requirement Planning (National)
• Drive Order & Delivery Planning (External Suppliers)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations & Business Management.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably on FMCG.
• Experience in SAP, MS Office, Project Management, Communication Skills
