EY in Metro Manila invites a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery for ServiceNow. With 14+ years in IT and hands‑on development, you will lead complex ServiceNow implementations, mentor multi‑discipline teams, and shape the technical strategy to deliver innovative solutions that meet client objectives.

You’ll manage project plans, risk, budgets, and stakeholder communications, while advocating agile practices and best‑in‑class architecture.

Qualifications

14+ years IT experience with hands-on development and project delivery.
Proven success leading ServiceNow project engagements from ideation to implementation.
Experience managing large, complex IT projects in fast-paced environments.
Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, and ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technical strategy for ServiceNow engagements in line with IT roadmap.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple ServiceNow projects, on time and within scope.
Lead planning, risk management, resources and stakeholder communications.
Provide hands-on delivery, including configuration and integrations of ServiceNow apps.
Guide architecture design and code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of technical leads and consultants.
