Wawa, Inc. in Corporation is seeking a Manager, Packaged Snacks to lead the category strategy across salty snacks, candy, nuts, breakfast snacks and more.

You will drive portfolio growth from Corporate, partnering with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure plans, budgets, and initiatives meet long-range goals. The role requires 5+ years in category management with direct P&L experience, strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; five+ years category management experience.
• Direct P&L responsibility experience required; purchasing background.
• Experience managing work groups and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead category plans for Packaged Snacks aligned with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and measure performance against targets.
• Build strategic alliances with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
• Deliver insights from market research to inform plans and initiatives.
