Job summary

Asia Select, Inc. (ASI) seeks a Manager, Sales and Servicing to lead the non-life insurance sales and servicing teams in Metro Manila. You will drive revenue growth, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain SLA and regulatory compliance while delivering operational excellence.

The role requires aligning strategic priorities with actionable plans, building strong client relationships, and developing a customer-focused, high-performing team across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or Management.
• Minimum 10 years in non-life insurance with 5+ in management.
• Proven record leading sales and servicing teams to growth.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine insurance regulations and SLA governance.
• Experience with corporate accounts and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Sales and Servicing for non-life insurance.
• Develop and execute tactical sales and servicing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with AVP and management to translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA metrics and achieve targets.
• Establish and review KPIs, production, renewals, and servicing metrics.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, insurers, brokers, and partners.
• Review reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Sales and Servicing staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Develop policies and procedures that promote efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine regulations and governance standards.
• Monitor industry trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
