CareCone Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Situations Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of large-scale enterprise networks. The role demands deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to guide teams through critical network incidents.

The candidate will design, implement, and optimize routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) and oversee LAN/WLAN security, while ensuring secure and reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting large enterprise networks.
• Advanced expertise in routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF).
• Deep knowledge of LAN/WLAN technologies and network infrastructure security.
• CCNP certification is mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and onsite 2–3 days per week.

Salary: Up to PHP 150,000 per month
