• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; MBA or master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Experience in construction, chemicals, adhesives, industrial products, or B2B industries is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in strategic marketing, demand generation, brand management, market intelligence, pricing strategy, and profitability management.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
