Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa seeks an experienced learning and development professional to drive curriculum strategy and instructional design, delivering end-to-end learning programmes aligned with business transformation priorities.

The role partners stakeholders to build workforce capabilities, enhance facilitation excellence, implement evaluation frameworks and ensure learning effectiveness in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Prefer WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
• WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Excellent planning, systems thinking, project management and process analytics abilities.
• Adaptable, fast-paced, with results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of structured, end-to-end learning curricula.
• Define curriculum pathways for development journeys across roles.
• Establish standards, governance and design frameworks for curriculum development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis and create in-house content.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and translate requirements into learning journeys.
• Lead facilitator for key programmes and coach internal trainers on facilitation skills.
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Drive continuous improvement of curriculum design and delivery.
