Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Senior Manager to lead digital marketing, performance marketing, digital commerce, and retail media strategies. You will build end-to-end media plans, manage content and social programs, and drive results through data and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple platforms, and delivering measurable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and managing integrated digital campaigns.
• Strong ability to plan across digital channels and offline media.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
• Background in e-commerce or retail/FMCG is a plus.
• Deep understanding of KPIs, analytics and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated digital marketing and media strategies across platforms.
• Oversee digital commerce initiatives including online retail channels.
• Manage content, social media campaigns, and affiliate programs.
• Create end-to-end media plans combining digital and above-the-line media.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns using digital KPIs and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
