Job summary

Maersk is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader to shape and drive enterprise-wide initiatives from the Philippines. You will own CI strategy, oversee process quality, and guide cross-functional teams through transformation programs to deliver tangible performance gains.

You will partner with Global and regional stakeholders to implement Agile and Lean methods, identify automation opportunities, and champion a culture of excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in CI, Transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading projects from planning through execution.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and other CI methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• CI strategy development, implementation & maturity tracking.
• Process quality ownership & skills gap identification.
• Project and change management support across GSC, Product, Global levels.
• Resource planning.
• Risk mitigation through audit frameworks design and enablement.
• Quality culture custodian.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation.
