Senior Manager - Database Management
The Senior Manager oversees a team of analysts responsible for all aspects of Portfolio Lease Administration, including lease abstraction, quality review, and portfolio management. This role ensures the efficient and accurate management of client data records, rent processing, and reporting requirements through active collaboration with the team.
Bachelor’s degree required with minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team in Portfolio Lease Administration.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex lease/legal documents, identify key terms, and solve problems effectively.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and results‑driven professional who performs well under pressure, manages competing priorities, and applies creative problem-solving.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across matrixed, cross‑functional, and multi‑regional environments.
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing, engaging, and supporting diverse teams to achieve business objectives.
