Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking a proactive Sr. Manager- I - BIU - Customer Analytics SC with a strong background in full stack development to deliver end-to-end web and phone applications. You will work across front-end and back-end platforms, collaborate with product, design and QA teams, and drive scalable, high-quality code.

The role emphasizes rigorous UAT, code reviews, and continuous learning in modern technologies, including AI-assisted prototyping with the AI team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web and phone applications across front-end and back-end platforms.
Ability to create AI-native UX design is preferred.
Rigorous UAT testing with business teams.
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to implement user-friendly, performant solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure robust applications.
Optimize applications for scalability and responsiveness.
Stay updated on latest front-end and back-end technologies to drive innovation.
Work closely with AI team for quick prototyping of ideas.
