Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8–12 years in FP&A/Finance, preferably in financial services.
• Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau; knowledge of Hyperion/Anaplan/SAP is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for the business.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support planning.
• Analyze monthly performance against budgets and strategic targets.
• Deliver management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Drive forecast accuracy and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with sales, marketing, product, and tech on financial insights.
• Provide profitability analysis by product, channel, and customer segment.
