Manulife Philippines is seeking a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance solutions to Bank clients, coordinating closely with branch sales and service teams to address protection and long-term saving needs. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships with excellent service, requiring a Bachelor’s degree, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Sales or customer service experience in banking or related industries is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bancassurance sales experience preferred, but sales/customer service from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality, and IT industries are welcome to apply.
• Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
• Personable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
