Job summary

Singlife Philippines is hiring a Financial Operations Analyst to ensure accurate reconciliation of transactions with strategic partners including digital wallets and banks. The role covers revenue sharing, platform fees, settlements, receivables, payables, and dispute resolution, serving as a key control within Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or related discipline.
• CPA designation is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in financial operations, reconciliation, or payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions with external partners.
• Validate revenue-sharing computations, commissions, platform fees, settlement amounts, and partner invoices.
• Reconcile partner transaction reports against internal systems and bank settlements.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances and unmatched transactions.
