Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Accounting Operations to lead end-to-end F&A processes for automotive retail clients from our Alabang on-site office. You will drive accuracy, timeliness, controls, and scalability while guiding a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Finance and Accounting operations in a BPO/shared services/outsourcing setup.
• End-to-end F&A service delivery accountability, performance, and quality.
• Operational process management, governance, and internal controls.
• KPIs, SLAs, quality targets, and continuous improvement experience.
• Leadership of teams, accountability, and standardization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance and Accounting operations for practice SLAs.
• Oversee dealership-related financial workflows and reporting for clients.
• Manage client accounting delivery, workflows, and resources.
• Establish SOPs, approvals, controls, and governance metrics.
• Drive ERP/DMS automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Build client partnerships and provide performance updates.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Lead transformation initiatives and develop high-performing teams.
• Ensure risk management and internal control adherence.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Quality, and Workforce Management.
