Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-account dealership portfolios across multi-rooftop groups to ensure consistent performance, service quality, and client targets.
• Apply deep knowledge of automotive dealership operations, including sales and service workflows, customer lifecycle management, and retention programs.
• Oversee Sales and Service BDC operations across multiple accounts, driving inbound lead management, CRM follow-up cadence, appointment setting, and service scheduling.
• Establish standardized operating procedures, governance frameworks, and accountability across accounts while accommodating individual dealership needs.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and budget performance; identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Build strong client relationships, lead performance discussions, and communicate insights and improvement plans.
• Champion technology-enabled transformation with automation, analytics, and AI-powered solutions to improve lead management and engagement.
• Coach and develop operations managers and account leaders, maintaining a strong leadership bench.
• Identify operational gaps and implement data-driven improvements for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, data handling, and regulatory requirements.
• Support business growth and scalability through client expansion and scalable deployments.
