Strong understanding of development feasibility and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement asset management strategies for properties and portfolio.
Identify opportunities to improve rental income, occupancy and asset value.
Lead AEI projects across design, procurement, construction and stabilisation.
Oversee development from feasibility through approvals, procurement and delivery.
Manage procurement processes for major property-related works.
Monitor budgets, timelines, quality and risk; report to senior management.
Maintain relationships with tenants, contractors and consultants.
