Qualifications

• CPA qualification or equivalent accounting designation.
• Extensive experience in senior finance roles (Finance Manager/CFO/Senior Management Accountant).
• Experience leading finance teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with General Manager and senior leaders to present results.
• Support improvements to financial reporting systems and ERP functionality.
