Job summary

Deployed Philippines seeks a Senior Accountant to manage client accounts and financial reporting for NZ and Australian clients. You will work with Xero, prepare detailed financial statements, forecasts, and tax compliance, while partnering with executives to drive cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has CPA/CA, 3–4+ years in senior accounting, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills in a dynamic remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or CA certification required.
• 3–4+ years as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
• Proficient in accounting principles, tax, and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, detail oriented.
• Experience with Xero accounting system (XPM) is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client accounts using a variety of accounting systems.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports with regulatory compliance.
• Develop financial forecasts and analyses to support decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, cost management, and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with executive team and external stakeholders.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and improve reporting.
