Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to uphold reliability of medium to large buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with equipment installations, while aligning with CBRE RISE values and safety standards.

The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, physical ability to lift heavy loads, and strong MS Office skills. You will work within established procedures to meet deadlines and deliver quality repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Able to lift and move heavy loads (50 lbs+) and perform physical tasks.
• Use existing procedures to solve standard problems and make judgments.
• Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational mindset and ability to work with CBRE values.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Assign work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs.
• Support energy management and ensure systems run efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for codes and safety compliance.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
