Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician in the Manila area to maintain medium to large-sized buildings and industrial systems.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as supporting energy management and safety compliance. The role requires physical ability, 2–3 years of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to follow existing procedures to solve standard problems.

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.

• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
