Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting agency in the Philippines, partners with a multinational tech company to hire a Mainframe Quality Engineer. The role focuses on AS400/Mainframe systems within the mortgage domain, combining manual and automation testing, API testing, and end-to-end validation.

You will design test strategies, implement automation using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber.js, and ensure quality across CI/CD pipelines in a hybrid work setup at BGC.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of QA experience in quality assurance roles with automation testing experience.
• Experience testing legacy mainframe applications is required.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and integration tests.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and regression suites.
• Perform API testing and validate RESTful services.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure quality across SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to test strategy.
