Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a senior Maintenance Engineer to repair, maintain, analyze, and improve machinery performance across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has a 4-year technical or engineering degree in Maintenance Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in electrical and mechanical diagrams, CAD, and automation software.

• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

The position is responsible for repairing, maintaining, analyzing, and improving machinery performance to support safety, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time product delivery through effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.

Graduate of a 4-year technical or engineering course related to Maintenance Engineering.
With at least 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledgeable in: Electrical and Mechanical Diagrams, MS Office Applications, CAD Software, Automation Software
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, mentoring capability, and basic leadership skills

Work schedule:
