Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to own high-volume, ongoing administration across M365, Intune, Entra ID, and Apple Business Manager. You will provide hands-on support for directory and file-move projects while maintaining strict SLA-driven ticket resolution.

The role requires 4+ years of M365 administration, Intune and Entra ID experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years administering Microsoft 365 in production environments (1000+ users)
• 2+ years hands-on Intune administration and device management
• 2+ years Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment
• Experience migrating directories/files to Microsoft 365 (AD to Entra ID, file shares to SharePoint/OneDrive)
• Experience in a ticket-driven support environment with documented SLAs

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams within delegated administrative scopes
• Manage mailbox provisioning, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail flow configuration
• Perform license assignment, reconciliation, and reclamation across the M365 estate
• Execute service health monitoring and first-line diagnosis of tenant-level service issues
• Maintain administrative runbook documentation for all recurring procedures
• Administer Intune device configuration, compliance, and application deployment for company-issued devices
• Monitor and remediate device compliance failures across the estate
• Package, deploy, and update applications through Intune
• Maintain Windows Update for Business rings and report on patch compliance
• Support the Windows 10 end-of-support refresh program with device readiness reporting
• Execute systematic cleanup of Entra ID accounts and groups; support joiner/mover/leaver processing
• Produce recurring account hygiene reporting with headline figures
• Support Conditional Access and MFA enrollment operations
• Assist migration of on-prem AD objects and legacy file shares into Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Document source-to-target mapping and post-migration validation
• Support cutover activities and post-cutover issue resolution
• Administer Apple Business Manager: ADE token lifecycle, Managed Apple Accounts, and license management
• Maintain ABM-to-Intune connection and token renewal
• Enroll devices and resolve enrollment failures
• Reconcile inventories and perform device cleanup
