Job summary

Mango Apparel is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to oversee multiple branches, drive sales, and maintain store standards. You will partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, and support teams to optimize inventory, store readiness, and customer experience across locations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record in fashion retail, and the ability to manage store performance, staffing, and costs effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in clothing retail.
• Experience managing multiple stores, franchises, or branches.
• Strong background in sales performance management, store operations, customer service, and cost control.
• Working knowledge of store-level inventory controls, including receiving, storage, reporting, and audits.

Responsibilities

• A. Sales Performance Management: Develop and monitor sales strategies to hit targets and report performance to management.
• B. Multi-Store Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple stores, conduct visits and audits for readiness and compliance.
• C. Store-Level Inventory Control and Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure inventory procedures, coordinate replenishment, and monitor stock movements.
• D. Team Leadership and People Management: Lead and coach store supervisors and staff, set performance expectations, and drive training.
• E. Cost Control and Compliance: Monitor costs, drive profitability, ensure policy compliance and operational controls.
