Qualifications

• University graduate in business/marketing; engineering is a plus.
• 10+ years in the lubricants industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine lubricants market and practices.
• Marketing of lubricants understood in depth.
• Experience handling distributors and customers.
• Some knowledge of lubricant technical specs.
• Experience in crafting marketing/promotional activity.
• Good communicator, speaker, and team motivator.
• Strong organizational skills and people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distributors and customers in the retail packs segment.
• Conceptualize promotions and campaigns for the segment.
• Manage distributors and customers per client, and set expectations.
• Coordinate with marketing in planning and implementation.
• Develop and train clients, dealers and personnel.
• Implement marketing plans with the group.
• Disseminate information from HO throughout the chain.
• Develop and implement lubricant programs to meet objectives and control expenses.
• Oversee brand development relating to consumer packs.
• Propose and assist development of brand-building activities.
• Keep market research updates related to the lubes industry.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
