Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in operations, account management, service delivery, or process leadership.
• Proven experience directly managing and developing a team of at least 10 people.
• Experience working in a high-volume, target-driven, and process-intensive environment.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn operational data into practical action plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated track record of improving team performance and operational results.
• Hands‑on, solutions‑oriented leadership style with strong follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a 15-person Account Management team
• Set clear performance expectations, service-level agreements, and accountability measures
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen ownership, judgment, and execution
• Identify performance gaps early and implement structured improvement plans
• Build a team culture focused on customer service, collaboration, and results
• Ensure loan applications are processed within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
• Monitor workloads, productivity, service levels, and application progress
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and recurring issues before they affect customers
• Develop practical action plans and ensure they are carried through to completion
• Track key performance indicators and translate findings into clear business actions
• Review workflows and implement improvements that increase speed, accuracy, and productivity
• Introduce clearer processes, controls, and ways of working as operations grow
• Explore opportunities to improve workflows through systems and automation
• Encourage the team to identify and solve problems proactively
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Credit, and other teams involved in the end-to-end loan process
• Resolve operational issues that require coordination across functions
• Present complex concerns to senior leaders in a clear and actionable way
