Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Senior Linux Engineer to design and implement deployment automation for Linux across VMs and cloud environments. You will collaborate with application teams to standardize OS templates and ensure scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.

You will apply infrastructure as code and CI/CD best practices, troubleshoot issues during deployments, and continuously optimize performance. Hybrid work setup in the Philippines with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Linux technologies and deployments.
• 6+ years in infrastructure design and implementation.
• 5+ years in lifecycle management of infrastructure architectures.
• Strong knowledge of IaC and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of Ansible, Git, Terraform and AWX.
• Strong knowledge of RH/SUSE Linux with certifications.
• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud providers and containers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the linux automation engine for VM and Cloud VM deployment.
• Collaborate with application teams to define linux OS standards and templates.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, highly available, and secure.
• Implement and follow infrastructure as code and CI/CD best practices.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues during deployment and implementation.
• Continuously monitor and improve infrastructure and application performance.
• Keep up to date with technologies and industry trends.
