About the role

Join The Moment Group as a Senior Line Cook based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of one of the leading hospitality companies in the Philippines.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a timely manner according to recipes and presentation standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work station
• Ensuring proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for customers
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
• Participating in menu development and testing new recipes
• Following all health, safety and sanitation guidelines

What we're looking for

• Experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the hospitality/food service industry
• Minimum 1-2 years of line cook experience required
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Experience with Asian fusion cuisine and cooking styles required
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
