Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a seasoned LIMS Administrator to manage LabVantage LIMS systems across multiple laboratory sites. You will configure master data, workflows, and security, while troubleshooting complex data and interface issues.

Collaborate with IT, vendors, and lab staff to ensure reliable operations and data integrity. Role requires strong SQL, API, and scripting knowledge, plus experience with reporting tools like Power BI and Jasper Reports.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of LabVantage LIMS administration and configuration.
• Experience with LabVantage functionality including Web Page Design, Master Data, Instrument Drivers, Security.
• Strong troubleshooting of complex application, interface, and integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for LIMS applications and laboratory users.
• Oversee incident, problem, and service request resolutions with timely fixes.
• Serve as primary contact for complex LIMS issues including integration and data.
