You will guide a diverse team, mentor leaders, optimize capacity planning, and reinforce WNS values while delivering client-centric solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Academic Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Minimum 3 years in a Sr. Operations Manager role in US Life & Annuity Insurance or Healthcare Insurance.
• Amenable to be assigned to the Quezon City Site.

• Analyze intraday reporting and ensure tactical measures for smooth service delivery.
