Aditya Birla Finance Limited (ABFL) is seeking a Legal Manager / Junior Counsel to manage secured litigations and end-to-end SARFAESI proceedings. You will guide the team, coordinate with Advocates, and oversee MIS updates for publication.

The role reports to the State/Area Legal Manager and involves drafting legal notices, reviewing pleadings, monitoring MIS, and supporting collections through timely legal actions.

Qualifications

• Legal professional with knowledge of corporate law, banking law and SARFAESI.
• Experience or exposure to litigation, arbitration and due diligence.
• Graduate-level qualification in law.

Responsibilities

• Write and vet legal notices, pleadings and responses for HC/DRT and SARFAESI matters.
• Coordinate with external Advocates/law firms and monitor court appearances.
• Maintain MIS updates and ensure timely reporting for delinquencies and litigation status.
• Support Collections through strategic legal actions and timely recoveries.
