• Reviewing contracts including sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and license agreements, assignment agreements, etc.
• Assisting in legal due-diligence of the companies.

About the Opportunity

Fair & Just Legal Solutions LLP, a corporate law firm based out of Noida is hiring Legal Associate having PQE of 0-2 years.

Please note that candidate working in the corporate law firm (or law firm dealing in corporate, banking and finance matter) can only apply for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting and review of share purchase agreement, shareholders agreement, escrow agreement, project finance documents / loan documents such as loan agreement, mortgage deed, hypothecation deed, trust and retention account / escrow agreement etc.;
• Preparation of opinion on Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SARFAESI, IBC and other banking and commercial laws;
• Reviewing various contracts / agreements including sale deed, lease deed, leave and license agreement, assignment agreement etc.; and
• Assisting in legal due-diligence of the companies.

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. from a reputed university (CS qualification will be an added advantage);
• A candidate must be having working experience in a reputed law firm and must have a good communication and negotiation skill(s);
• A candidate must have experience in handling corporate, banking and finance matters including good knowledge of corporate and banking laws.
