Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws degree and Bar passer with at least 2 years of legal practice in litigation, tax or corporate law.
• Experience in banking, finance and real estate is a plus.
• Highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented with excellent people and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and represent the company in litigation and court trials.
• Analyze legal risks in product roll-out and general operations.
• Assist the Corporate Secretary with board-related corporate administration and maintain a filing system.
