The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both finance and legal operations, demonstrating an ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and support decision-making processes within the organization.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Advanced degree in Law, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or Certified Legal Manager (CLM) are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a legal or corporate environment.
• Proven experience managing budgets and analyzing financial data for legal matters or departments.
• Familiarity with legal billing processes, tools, and platforms (e.g., Serengeti, CounselLink, Legal Tracker).
• Experience in working with law firms, litigation finance, or corporate legal departments (preferred).

Technical Skills
