Coins.ph, a pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, seeks a finance and fintech lawyer with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience to join its international legal team. You will advise on lending, financing, securitization, and regulatory matters with BSP, SEC and data privacy regimes, while drafting and negotiating complex documentation.

You will collaborate with product, risk, and compliance teams on OLP design, regulatory engagements, and cross-jurisdiction matters as Coins.ph expands

Formación

• 4–7 years post-qualification experience in banking, finance, or structured finance in the Philippines.
• Strong drafting and negotiating finance documentation independently.
• Experience with BSP, SEC, consumer protection and data privacy regimes.
• Excellent judgment, analytical rigor, and business pragmatism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear counsel on financing, lending, and securitization activities including OLP.
• Draft, review, and negotiate facility, loan, security, and related documents.
• Advise on securitization transactions and investor documentation.
• Advise on regulatory perimeter for lending and financing and related regimes.
• Collaborate with product, risk, and funding partners on disclosures and flows.
• Participate in regulatory engagements, examinations, and responses.
• Provide innovative legal solutions for fintech projects and new tech guidance.
• Attend conferences/hearings with courts and agencies.
