Coins is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel in the Philippines to advise on lending, financing, and securitization matters for the group, including the online lending platform (OLP).

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating facility and loan agreements, security documents, and investor-facing materials, with a focus on regulatory compliance and data privacy in credit scoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance, lending, consumer credit, or securitization in the Philippines.

Responsabilités

• Provide clear counsel on financing, lending, and securitization activities, including online lending platform (OLP) business.
• Draft, review and negotiate finance documents: facility and loan agreements, security, guarantees, intercreditor, and receivables purchase agreements.
• Advise on securitization and structured finance transactions and related investor documentation.
• Advise on regulatory perimeter for lending, including SEC/OLP frameworks, BSP regulations, and data privacy in credit scoring.
