You will collaborate with SMEs to design self-paced and instructor-led courses, build storyboards, and craft multimedia training materials for capability development programs.

The role emphasizes instructional design, content development, and leveraging tools like Articulate, Captivate, Canva, and video editing software to deliver scalable training solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years Instructional Design and Content Development Experience.
• At least 1-2 years Contact Center Training Experience - preferred.
• Proficient in E Learning Development applications (Articulate, Captivate).
• Working knowledge of video editing/development preferred (e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere, Powtoon).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content for capability development programs.
• Analyze competency and knowledge requirements for learner-centered training.
• Participate in reviews and apply feedback to content.
• Research and validate information for accuracy in content.
• Create curricula, storyboards, and multimedia learning materials.
