Aprio Philippines Incorporated is seeking an L&D Senior Specialist, Tax Training to design, deliver, and enhance technical U.S. tax training for Philippine-based professionals. You will collaborate with U.S.

and PH tax leaders, subject matter experts, and L&D counterparts to ensure content accuracy and impactful learning outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven evaluation, agile facilitation, and alignment with NASBA-CPE standards where applicable, in a hybrid work environment supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in relevant fields.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of LMS experience (LCvista preferred).
• 2-3 years coordinating in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and enhance tax training for Philippine-based professionals supporting U.S. clients.
• Monitor training effectiveness using analytics and ROI methodologies.
• Collaborate with US and PH tax leaders to identify needs and align learning solutions.
• Lead innovative learning initiatives and manage end-to-end learning curricula.
