Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a dynamic P2P-POLO Lifecycle Operations Senior Manager to lead the POLO team responsible for end-to-end procure-to-pay processes in our regional operations. You will own process delivery, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires strong background in procurement/finance, people leadership, and the ability to design and implement regional POLO service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business Admin, Supply Chain or related field.
• 6 years proven leadership experience in Procure-to-Pay, Finance or Customer Service processes.
• Experience leading a team of professionals and delivering results.
• Experience with procurement/finance technologies and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end P2P cycle (procurement, invoice processing, reporting) and drive service delivery.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple levels to balance KPIs with customer satisfaction.
• Develop, enhance and implement POLO processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
