Experience leading a team of professionals and delivering results.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end P2P lifecycle including procurement, invoicing, and reporting.
Lead POLO team to achieve operational excellence with standardized processes.
Build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels and manage KPIs.
Develop and implement POLO processes in line with policy and compliance.
Grow documentation to support process execution and expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Procure-to-Pay strategies.
Lead automation and AI initiatives within P2P operations.
Mentor and evaluate direct reports to improve performance.
Manage escalations and resolve discrepancies.
